Yeronga State High School

The Metro South Resource Industries Trade Skills Centres project delivered three new education facilities across Yeronga State High School, Balmoral State High School and Runcorn State High School, supporting specialised trade training and skills development.

Delivered concurrently across multiple live school environments, the project required careful coordination and staging of construction programs to ensure consistency, efficiency and timely delivery across all sites. Each facility was designed to provide functional, purpose-built training spaces aligned with industry requirements.

Managing simultaneous builds across separate locations presented logistical and resourcing challenges, particularly in securing subcontractors with the capacity to operate across multiple sites. Through proactive planning, strong trade engagement and disciplined program management, the projects were successfully delivered, demonstrating capability in managing complex, multi-site education developments.
