Yeronga Apartments

The Yeronga Apartments project delivered a three-storey social housing development under a Design and Construct model, providing high-quality accommodation to support community housing needs.

The development comprises 20 apartments, including 18 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom dwellings, arranged above a ground-level car park. The building incorporates efficient layouts, durable finishes and compliant accessibility provisions, together with associated landscaping and external works to enhance the overall residential environment.

The project required coordinated delivery of structural elements, building services, façade and architectural finishes to achieve a cohesive and functional outcome. Through disciplined program management and effective trade coordination, the development was successfully delivered, providing a modern and sustainable housing solution that supports long-term community outcomes and reinforces capability in multi-residential construction.
