Yeppoon Apartments (13 Birdwood Avenue)

Located in the heart of Yeppoon, this Design and Construct project involved the delivery of six two-bedroom NDIS-compliant units designed to provide high-quality, accessible accommodation for residents with specialised support needs.

Despite trade shortages in the region, the project was successfully delivered within a constrained site environment that required careful coordination of trades and deliveries. Through proactive planning and strong project management, the development was completed on time and on budget, achieving a high-quality outcome and a satisfied client.
