Delivered under a Design and Construct contract, the development comprised modern apartments across two levels, each constructed to meet National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards. Full home automation systems were integrated throughout, enhancing resident independence, safety and day-to-day functionality while maintaining a high-quality residential finish.

Detailed lookahead planning and disciplined procurement strategies ensured strong program control despite regional trade pressures. Coordinated trade sequencing and proactive quality inspections maintained construction standards and minimised rework.
