Westcourt Apartments, Cairns (22-24 Tills Street)

The Westcourt Apartments project on Tills Street in Cairns delivered a three-storey residential development comprising 14 one-bedroom apartments, positioned to capture views over Cazalys Football Stadium.

The development includes undercover parking at ground level, with the upper levels providing functional and well-appointed residential accommodation. The building was designed to maximise site efficiency while delivering a practical and comfortable living environment.

Constructed within a constrained site, the project presented challenges including limited on-site storage and complex cranage requirements due to adjacent powerlines. Through careful planning, coordination and staging of works, these constraints were effectively managed, resulting in the successful delivery of a high-quality residential development.
