Well Life Services Fitout

The Well Life Services project delivered the Design and Construct fitout of a new approximately 1,000m² facility at 102–104 Hill Street, Newtown, Toowoomba, creating a contemporary and functional workplace to support the organisation’s ongoing growth and service delivery. The project followed an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, during which Bryant provided design management and cost planning services to refine the design, identify value management opportunities and align the project scope with the client’s operational and budget objectives.

Delivered under a Design and Construct model, the project transformed the tenancy into a modern office environment incorporating contemporary workspaces and specialist accommodation tailored to Well Life Services’ operations. The scope also included car park resurfacing works together with the design and construction of a new outdoor deck and recreation area, enhancing the functionality of the site for staff, visitors and clients.

Through early collaboration, proactive stakeholder engagement and the expertise of Bryant’s dedicated in-house fitout team, the project was delivered to a high standard of quality while maintaining program and budget objectives. The completed facility provides a modern, purpose-built environment that supports the long-term needs of Well Life Services and demonstrates the value of Early Contractor Involvement in achieving successful project outcomes.
