The 2–4 Wharf Street project in Waterford West delivered a purpose-built NDIS residential complex designed to provide secure, accessible accommodation for residents requiring specialist support.

The development comprises seven self-contained units, including six residences for NDIS participants and a dedicated carer unit, supporting both independence and onsite assistance. The fully fenced complex incorporates integrated security measures and on-site parking, creating a safe and functional living environment.

Through coordinated construction delivery and effective trade management, the project was successfully completed, providing a modern, well-planned facility that supports high-quality care and long-term liveability.
