Springwood Apartments (69 Cinderella Drive)

The 69 Cinderella Drive project delivered a purpose-built NDIS residential development designed to provide high-quality, accessible accommodation for individuals requiring high physical support.

The two-storey facility comprises multiple fully accessible apartments, incorporating wide doorways, customised bathrooms and ceiling hoists to support safe and independent living. The ground floor includes an overnight support accommodation area with dedicated living spaces, while the upper level provides additional private residences, all designed in accordance with universal accessibility principles.

The development integrates a range of assistive technologies and accessibility features, including ramps, lifts and carefully planned circulation spaces to enhance functionality and ease of use. Through considered design and coordinated delivery, the completed facility provides a safe, comfortable and highly functional environment that supports independence and improved quality of life for residents.
