Springwood Apartments (61 Cinderella Drive)

The 61 Cinderella Drive development in Springwood delivered a new two-storey, six-unit NDIS-compliant residential complex incorporating an onsite overnight assistance room, purpose-built to provide high-quality, accessible accommodation for residents requiring specialist support.

Each apartment was fitted with advanced automation systems, including electrical blinds, voice activation and secure entry technology, together with adjustable benchtops and ceiling hoists to promote independence, safety and comfort. The development combined contemporary residential design with robust accessibility features tailored to specialist disability accommodation standards.

Strong subcontractor relationships, disciplined risk management and structured communication supported delivery of this inaugural NDIS project. The successful outcome strengthened capability in specialist accommodation and laid the foundation for continued growth in accessible and social housing delivery.
