Rockhampton Apartments (111 High Street)

This Design and Construct project at 111 High Street, Berserker in Rockhampton delivered a purpose-built, two-storey NDIS residential facility for a repeat client.

The development comprised six NDIS-compliant units, including a lift lobby, internal stairs and an additional Overnight Onsite Assistance (OOA) unit. The facility was designed to support high care needs, incorporating full disability access and advanced features such as door automation, electrical automation, ceiling hoists, adjustable benchtops and voice-activated systems.

Delivered within a tight timeframe and budget, the project was constructed on a constrained site, requiring careful coordination of trades and deliveries. Through effective planning and disciplined project management, the development was successfully delivered, providing high-quality, technology-enabled accommodation aligned with NDIS requirements.
