Park Lake State School

The Park Lake State School project delivered a new education facility under a Design and Construct model, enhancing the school’s learning environment and future expansion capability.

The development comprised a two-storey building incorporating four General Learning Areas (GLAs), with an undercroft designed to accommodate potential future development. The project also included construction of a separate amenities block featuring accessible toilet and shower facilities, supporting inclusive use across the campus.

External works included new turfing and landscaping, contributing to improved functionality and presentation of the surrounding areas. Through coordinated design and construction delivery, the project was successfully completed, providing flexible, modern learning spaces and supporting long-term growth of the school.
