New Farm State School

Located at New Farm State School, this project delivered the infill of the existing hall undercroft to create functional storage space and improve overall campus utilisation.

While moderate in scale, the project required careful planning and coordination due to its constrained inner-city setting. Limited road access, high traffic volumes and the need to manage dust and noise within a high-density residential area presented key delivery challenges.

Constructed within a live school environment, works were closely synchronised with school operations to ensure the safety of students, staff and workers at all times. Through disciplined staging, proactive communication and effective site management, the project was successfully delivered, enhancing the functionality of the school’s existing facilities.
