Marsden State High School

The Marsden State High School project delivered a new multi-purpose hall under a Design and Construct model, providing a modern sporting and community facility for the school.

The development incorporates FIBA Level 2 rated basketball courts, a gymnasium, male and female change rooms, administration offices, kiosk, amenities, carparking and associated external works. Designed to support a wide range of sporting, educational and community activities, the facility provides a flexible and high-quality environment for students and staff.

Delivered within a live school environment, the project required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining program performance and safety standards. The completed facility enhances the school’s sporting and event capabilities and provides long-term infrastructure to support the broader school community.
