Logan Apartments (16 Mayes Avenue)

The Logan Central NDIS Apartment Development delivered a three-storey, purpose-built residential facility designed to provide high-quality supported accommodation for individuals with high physical needs.

Delivered under a Design and Construct model, the project comprised six fully accessible, self-contained apartments, each incorporating private balconies to support independent outdoor living. The development includes central lift and stair access to all levels, ensuring full accessibility for residents and visitors.

The project represents the second development completed for the client in partnership with Aspect APM, demonstrating strong collaboration and repeat delivery capability. The completed facility provides a modern, functional living environment that promotes independence, comfort and improved quality of life, reinforcing capability in delivering specialist disability accommodation and high-quality multi-residential projects.
