Inala Church – Stage 3 & 3B

The Inala Church Stage 3 & 3B project delivered a new community facility under a Design and Construct model, enhancing the Church’s capacity to support its growing congregation and broader community activities.

The works comprised construction of a new community building including a welcoming lobby and office space, a fully equipped commercial kitchen with back-of-house functionality, and associated amenities. The project also incorporated slab and structural steel works to facilitate future expansion of a hall and Sunday School areas, enabling staged development as funding becomes available.

The project required careful coordination of design, procurement and construction to maintain program efficiency and achieve a high-quality outcome. Through proactive planning, strong trade engagement and collaborative stakeholder communication, the works were delivered successfully, providing a functional, scalable and culturally responsive facility that supports ongoing community use and future growth.
