Fletcher Street Social Housing (West Gladstone)

Fletcher Street Social Housing in Gladstone delivered 13 contemporary apartments designed to provide high-quality, accessible and affordable accommodation within the local community.

The development comprised a mix of Platinum, Gold and General one-bedroom units, together with a multipurpose space, dedicated car parking and landscaped communal areas that encouraged social interaction and resident wellbeing. Designed to meet Liveable Housing Australia standards, the project prioritised accessibility, functionality and long-term durability while maintaining a modern residential character.

Delivered under a Design and Construct contract, the project was completed ahead of schedule through disciplined planning, structured trade coordination and proactive stakeholder engagement. The completed development contributed to increased housing supply in Gladstone while supporting the State Government’s commitment to sustainable and inclusive housing outcomes.
