Fleet Shed and Mechanics Workshop

The Riverview Depot project delivered a new fleet shed and extension to the existing mechanics workshop under a Design and Construct model for Ipswich City Council.

The works comprised construction of the IWS Shed and fleet storage facilities, together with expansion of the workshop to support maintenance and servicing operations. The development was designed to improve operational efficiency, provide durable working environments and accommodate the Council’s fleet management requirements.

Delivered within an operational depot environment, the project required careful coordination and staging to maintain ongoing site activities. Through effective planning and disciplined delivery, the project was successfully completed, providing a practical and well-integrated facility that supports long-term operational needs.
