Eagle Junction State School

The Eagle Junction State School project delivered a new Junior Learning Building comprising a two-storey facility with 10 General Learning Areas and integrated play spaces, designed to maximise functionality within a constrained site.

The building was carefully planned to optimise the available footprint, delivering contemporary and flexible learning environments that support modern teaching practices and student engagement.

Delivered within a live school environment, the project presented a number of challenges including authority approval delays, significant weather impacts during the La Niña period, COVID-related restrictions, limited site access and supply chain constraints. Through proactive planning, strong stakeholder coordination and disciplined program management, the project was successfully delivered, providing a high-quality education facility that enhances the school’s learning environment.
