Commercial and Medical Centre (Dixon Drive, Pimpama)

The Commercial and Medical Centre project at Dixon Drive, Pimpama delivered a 600m² development comprising a mix of commercial tenancies, including a medical centre and café, designed to complement the surrounding precinct.

The building features a timber frame structure with masonry finishes, creating a contemporary aesthetic that integrates with the adjacent childcare centre and swim school. A key design element includes a cantilevered deck extending over an existing bio-retention basin, maximising the usable footprint of the site while maintaining functionality and visual appeal.

Through coordinated design and construction delivery, the project was successfully completed, providing a modern, well-integrated commercial facility that supports both healthcare services and local community amenity.
