The Cleveland Social Housing Development delivered a four-level residential building comprising 27 one-bedroom apartments designed to provide high-quality, accessible accommodation under the Queensland Housing Investment Growth Initiative.

Delivered under a Design and Construct model, the development includes 24 Gold standard units and 3 Platinum units, incorporating compliant accessibility features, durable finishes and efficient layouts to support long-term tenant needs. The building comprises an undercroft car park at ground level with integrated recreation and bike storage areas, and three levels of residential accommodation above.

Constructed within a constrained urban environment, the project required careful coordination of structural elements, services integration and façade delivery, supported by proactive logistics planning to maintain program efficiency. Ongoing design development and stakeholder collaboration ensured alignment with evolving social housing requirements throughout delivery. The completed development provides a modern, functional and sustainable housing outcome that supports long-term community needs while reinforcing capability in multi-residential and social infrastructure projects.
