Cleveland District State High School

The Cleveland District State High School project delivered the Paul Bancroft Centre, a new multi-purpose hall constructed under a Design and Construct model to support a wide range of school and community activities.

The facility incorporates a stage area, FIBA Level 2 rated basketball courts, sports laboratories, administration offices, kiosk and amenities, together with associated external works. Designed to accommodate both sporting and event-based functions, the building provides a versatile and high-quality environment for students, staff and the broader community.

Delivered within a live school environment, the project required careful coordination of design, construction and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless integration with existing campus operations. The completed centre provides a modern, multi-functional facility that enhances the school’s sporting, educational and community infrastructure.
