Cairns Hardware, Cooktown

Located in the remote Far North Queensland community of Cooktown, this project delivered a new retail and trade store designed to support local supply and commercial activity.

The development comprised a 1,850m² retail facility for Cairns Hardware, complemented by a 3,500m² storage area, together with associated driveway and car parking infrastructure. The facility was designed to provide a functional and efficient layout suited to both retail and trade operations.

Delivered in a regional setting approximately four hours north of Cairns, the project required careful coordination of materials, trades and logistics to maintain programme efficiency. Through effective planning and disciplined delivery, the project was successfully completed, providing a high-quality commercial facility that supports the needs of the Cooktown community.
