Located in Caboolture, this project delivered a new two-storey Senior Learning Centre designed to strengthen senior curriculum pathways and vocational training opportunities within the campus.

The purpose-built facility incorporates eight General Learning Areas, four design studios, two science laboratories and a commercial training kitchen equipped with nine wok stations. A cafeteria and dining hall, cold storage facilities, outdoor learning areas and lift access support a flexible and industry-aligned learning environment. Covered walkways seamlessly connect the new building to existing facilities, enhancing circulation and campus integration.

The project also included significant external and infrastructure works, comprising new basketball courts, additional car parking, bike storage areas, fire services upgrades and bio-retention basins, alongside demolition works and mechanical upgrades to existing buildings.

Delivered within a live school environment and alongside concurrent campus projects, the works required disciplined staging, coordinated programming and proactive stakeholder engagement to maintain continuity and achieve key completion milestones. The completed centre provides a contemporary, future-focused environment that enhances senior education delivery and student engagement.
