The Browns Plains NDIS development at 2 Sunset Street delivered a two-storey residential complex comprising six specialist disability accommodation units designed to support residents with high physical support needs.

The building incorporates a combination of blockwork and steel structure with a painted render finish, aluminium windows and balustrading. Internally, the facility is equipped with advanced assistive technologies, including facial recognition access, voice-activated controls and heavy-duty ceiling hoists to enable safe and independent movement between living spaces.

Through coordinated delivery and integration of specialised systems, the completed development provides a modern, accessible and high-quality living environment aligned with NDIS requirements.
