Broadbeach State School

Located in the heart of Broadbeach, this project delivered a new three-storey Early Learning Centre designed to accommodate enrolment growth and support contemporary learning delivery.

The purpose-built facility includes multiple general and practical learning areas, flexible multipurpose spaces, staff and student amenities, and integrated technology throughout. Classrooms feature operable walls, acoustic treatments and interactive displays, while a striking vertical brickwork element enhances the building’s architectural identity. Lift access and improved circulation ensure accessibility across all levels.

External works incorporated landscaped play and circulation areas, DET-compliant fencing, coloured pathways, artificial and natural turf, a secure bike enclosure and associated electrical upgrades.

Constructed within a live school environment, the project required disciplined staging and close coordination to ensure seamless delivery. The completed centre provides a modern, adaptable and technology-rich environment supporting early years education and long-term campus growth.
