Schools & Educational Facilities
Construction
Brisbane
A new two-storey General Learning Centre was delivered at Beenleigh State High School, completed on schedule within a live operational campus. The facility comprises ten classrooms, two flexible learning areas and a central collaborative space designed to support contemporary, interactive teaching methods. Additional amenities include a new staff room and office, kitchenette, storage areas and a landscaped courtyard enhancing outdoor learning and circulation.
The project also incorporated upgrades to specialist agricultural and hospitality facilities, including chicken sheds, cold rooms and produce freezers supporting the school’s “Paddock to Plate” program, strengthening practical learning pathways.
Proactive program management ensured momentum was maintained despite challenging ground conditions, with early works re-sequenced to minimise impact. Strong stakeholder engagement throughout delivery fostered a positive working relationship and reinforced capability in delivering multi-storey educational facilities in live environments under tight program conditions.
