The St Monica’s College project in Cairns delivered a new three-storey walk-up education facility designed to support contemporary learning environments.

Constructed for the Catholic Diocese of Cairns, the development comprises General Learning Area (GLA) classrooms across multiple levels, providing modern, functional teaching spaces for the school community.

Through effective planning and disciplined construction delivery, the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and under budget, demonstrating strong program management and value-driven outcomes.
